Getting Started
When you decide to hire us, the first thing to do is to fill out a profile for each of your pets. We will then set up a time
to come to your house to meet you and the dogs or cats. During this meeting we will review the profile, their eating
routine, favorite activities, personality issues, and generally get introduced to each other. This initial visit is free. If
your pet is extremely shy or assertive and multiple "get-to-know-you" visits are required, our regular rates apply to
those visits. It is not necessary to have the introduction meeting every time you use us. Generally the one visit is
enough unless a very long time passes between service dates.

If a key is NOT kept on file with us, there will be a $5 fee for each time we pick up and drop off your key after the first visit.
Residences outside of Bloomington city limits subject to a mileage fee of $3 per visit, if accepted as customers.
Additional Medication Fees
$10 Injections.
$20 Subcutaneous fluids.
Holiday Rates
$25 per visit for one animal
$40 Hour-long visits

We always fill up early for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Spring Break. Make sure to get your reservations in early for these times. Anon-refundable deposit of 25% of your total bill will be required for these peak periods.

Cancellations
We will have to charge for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice because it prevents us from accepting other clients.
During holidays, 2 weeks notice is required. At Thanksgiving and Christmas, we often are fully booked a month in advance.
Please be considerate in the timing of your cancellation as we turn many people away during this time. Cancellations not only hurt
our business, but also leave others without pet care. During Spring Break and the Thanksgiving, Christmas holiday periods, a non-
refundable deposit of 25% of your total bill is required at least two weeks prior to the date of service.
Excessive Cleaning
Scooping and cleaning litter boxes is part of our daily service. However, if we arrive to find a litter box that has been seriously
neglected for a period of time before we begin service, there will be a fee for us to clean the area and make it sanitary for us and
your cats. When litter boxes are too full, cats will often stop using them and eliminate their waste in other areas of the home. Such
conditions are unsafe for us and your pets. The fee will be $25.
